Plugins affecting certain product load and caching of the website

I am using the variation plugin for WooCommerce on my website and it is affecting certain product load and also interfering in website caching.

I tried deactivating the plugin and the website worked as perfect. I am not also able to update and getting error: Update failed: Update package not available.

Please advise on how e can go about fixing the issue.
