Variation issue on product page

Hi,

We are having an issue on our product page.

When selecting the color variation swatch the product variation image will show but it will remove all of the gallery images. It wasn’t doing this before.

Before it would go to the correct variation image when selecting the color swatch but it would still show all of the gallery image.

How can we fix this?

We are using the Variation Swatch for Woocommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery for Woocommerce.

Hi,

I went back to Version 1.3.13 of Additional Variation Images Gallery for Woocommerce and it works like normal again. Not sure why the upgrade would not have the option to choose it if you wanted that or not.

Here is an example of the issue we had for reference when selecting the color swatch pink for this product (left is the upgrade and not good and the right is Version 1.3.13 and exactly what we need):

Could you update your free and premium versions of the Additional Variation Images Gallery plugin?

The current version of the Additional Variation Images Gallery plugins is the following.

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.3.16

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WoooCoommerce Pro – Version 1.3.15

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know if your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update.

Hi,

Thank you for the response. It seems to work now but a little differently.

For the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro plugin.

When switching between the color swatches on the product page it will revert to the original feature product image before switching colors. Is there a way to fix this so that it just goes from 1 color to the next color without showing the feature product image in between clicking the color swatches?

Hi Sarah,

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce, Additional Variation Images Gallery, and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

To perform the above steps you can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. By using the Health Check plugin, it will not ruin your site setup
