The tool tip comes from the attribute just like the text that appears when you click on the swatch. I have changed the attribute name for many different attributes. I have cleared cache everywhere but the rollover tooltip is still loading the old name, while the text that comes on when you click on one of the variations is correct. What am I missing here?

Fog shows up on the tooltip but it says Fog Matte on the attribute.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I can’t give you administrator access on my client’s website as there is sensitive information. Here is the URL: https://normackitchens.com/product/doors/thermofoil/thermofoil-831-corby/

If you rollover MOCHA swatch or FOG swatch… you will be seeing incorrect information there. As that is what the ATTRIBUTES USED TO SAY. Now they say Mocha Matte and Fog Matte. If you click on either one, you will see that the stage text is correct. Why would the old attribute be loaded into the tool tip? Are you telling me you can’t help me without Admin access?

PS i am fairly skilled with PHP, Javascript, html and WordPress.

It is the strangest thing as the tooltip comes from the Attribute yet that wording doesn’t exists. Something is being held in Cache and I suspect there are some minify scripts that aren’t getting run in your plugin. Can you please advise on the any scripts I can refresh? I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it still pulled in the old attribute. I have full access to the server and get into any directories i need to..

Please try clearing your server-side cache.

Without access, it is impossible for us to investigate issues like this.

You can also perform a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
