Hi,

 

I bought your plugin and I am trying to edit settings.

First of all I would like to ask.

I added attributes on the product page and I added images on variations but when I select an attribute on product page the first image is not changing.

Also a dropdown menu appears except of images. I would like only images.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

(Credential you have shared above does not work).

Thank you. I can see that the dropdown menu is not there. What about the image. When I am trying to select the navy blue per example the product image is not changing.

Hi Konstantinos,

Changing images is not a feature of our plugin, it is a feature of WooCommerce itself.

I have done a plugin compatibility test, and your theme appears to be causing the issue.

Hi,

I hope you are doing well

I found the solution and it is working.

the problem is  that you added a CSS with “display:none” for the dropdown menu.

This CSS disappears all drop down menus. I don’t want that.

As you can see in the product below

I would like to keep the first drop down menu but I don’t want the second one.
