Hi Paul,
Triggering low-stock emails is not a feature of our plugin, is a feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check if is it working without our plugin or not?

Notification for low stock variations

Hi,
We sell a product in 3 different flavours. I can set the stock quanitity for each flavour in the settings: product Data > Variations.
I set the stock quantity for say 3 of each flavour. I select the “manage stock?” radio button and set a low stock threshold to 1.
The issue is I dont get any low stock alerts for specific flavours. I can set a stock level of say 10 for the overall stock level of a product and as that decreases then that appears to trigger the low stock emails. However i need stock alerts for individual flavours.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
