Bulk editing/uploading swatch images

Hi
The images we are currently using for variation swatches are not optimised in terms of file size and dimensions.
I have created edits of these images on my computer and they are ready to replace the images that are currently used for variation swatch images.
Instead of going through each product’s backend and adding these images manually – is there a way to do this in bulk?
I have tried exporting a CSV file (inc. meta data) from WooCommerce but cannot find fields which include data for swatch images.
