I have already mentioned in my last reply, please add this snippet using Code Snippet Plugin to disable the default swatches.
If you add it to the theme’s functions.php, it will not work. Because if you keep it there it will load before the plugins_loaded hook fires.
So, please add it using Code Snippet Plugin.

As I mentioned in the thread I was able to add the swatches where I wanted them, but now the swatches are visible twice. If I unable them from the settings both of them disappear. I tried adding the code snippet from that thread to my functions.php file, but it doesn’t remove the extra swatches on my category pages.
I’m using Elementor and WP Page Builder Framework theme.
