If you want to show color then you need to set the attribute type – https://prnt.sc/sO21wWykrr5i
and for this product – https://prnt.sc/ePvQol2nbuP4 there has already set attribute type color so the color is showing – https://prnt.sc/qR0DYnHSiANO

Variations shows as a product image

Hey,
on our page we have weird issue. Some of the variations shows as product image. Very wierd because it is the same attribute and variant. For example – https://lovebysandro.pl/produkt/elisabetta-franchi-t-shirt-z-aplikacja-z-perel-i-charmsow-2/ – color is showed as featured image.
https://lovebysandro.pl/produkt/top-ritz-wykonany-na-szydelku-z-mieszanki-lureksu-miss-june-paris/ – the same situation, but with other attribute.
https://lovebysandro.pl/produkt/elisabetta-franchi-dzianinowa-koszulka-bez-rekawow/ – this product is displayed correctly, you can use it as reference.
