You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Forgive my ignorance, I still have a lot to catch up with diviplus.io plugins. I just wanted to make myself clear if it worked on the single product (product details) pages.

The Add to cart text does not come from our plugin, it comes from WooCommerce.
First, make sure that the string is properly translated.
Once confirmed, you can try clearing WooCommerce transients and server-side cache (if any!).
