If I have understood you properly, you still want to display the color swatches on the archive pages but don’t want them to be functional (they are either not clickable or clicking on the does not do anything).
Is this what you want?
Please give us temporary admin access to your site. We’ll try to help you with this goal.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

deactivate swatches buttons on certain pages

Hi,
I want to show the variation colors on the main page but don’t want the color swatches button to be active (nothing should happen when a client clicks on the color, image variationss shouldn’t load). The same on category pages. I only want the swatches to be active and working on product pages.
Please advise how to make it happen.
