Unable to adjust inventory of a variation

Dear employee, recently it is no longer possible to update the stock of the product variations.

Also when entering a return at a customer, the stock is not updated

Because this works when I temporarily deactivate the plugin, I think it must be the plugin.

Hi Daan,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry for your inconvenience. Basically, we don’t deal with the inventory of the product variation. Our plugin just displays swatches rather than the default dropdown.

BTW, could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

As you can see, I can update data from product variations when “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” is disabled.
When enabled again its not working anymore.

After second try I’ll get folowing message:
The stock has not been updated because the value has changed since editing. Product 58732 has 5 units in stock.

Don’t know if its has to do somting with it, anyway its not working animore.

Please check now and don’t forget to clear your caches like- browser cache, caching plugin[WP Rocket] cache, and server-side cache [if you have any]

Also, clear the transient as I have shown before.

3 weeks ago you helped us with this problem (Unable to adjust inventory of a variation), you helped us a lot.
Now we see that the problem occurs again, must be the same case.
Can you please look week and fix this?
The problem may have returned due to the plugin being updated.
In that case, can you ensure that this problem does not recur with the next update?

I mean the main issue “Unable to adjust inventory of a variation”, so not “the product image no longer adapts to the swatch”. You can find the details in this ticket.

Please make sure you have an object cache-enabled server or not. If so, please flush your object cache from server settings. If you don’t know how to flush it, please contact hosting support. I hope they will help you with it.
