Stock notice not correct

Hello,

We are using your swatches plugin on this page: https://zweerts.eu/product/via-vai-lage-sneakers-celina-sway-bianco/
Size 37 is out of stock, but we still get an “Op vooraad” notice. That means “In stock”

I switched to standard theme, updated all plugins and we are still facing issues.
How to fix this?

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please temporarily deactivate our Swatches plugin and check if it happens without our plugin or not?

Thank You

Hello,

Disabling your plugin fixed the issue.
So that means something is going wrong there.

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi Jos,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hello,

Thank you for checking. It appears that the ajax requested get cached somehow while looking on the front-end.
Is there anyway to exclude them? When adding a query to the URL it seems to work again.

So it only does not work while a page is cached. But AJAX shouldnt be cached right?
Kind regards,

Mike

Hello,

After clearing cache it appears to show the correct information.
How to fix?

Kind regards,

Mike

Hello,

I have disabled cache in wprocket for urls with /product/
It appears to be that WProcket cache your variation request? Do I need to exclude a cookie or script to fix that?

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi there,

You can exclude our plugin script from your wp rocket plugin.

Before excluding ask your wp rocket support team regarding the URL format for excluding other plugin scripts.

I have mentioned our swatches plugin js script so you may exclude these from your caching plugin.

wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/js/frontend.min.js

wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches-pro/assets/js/frontend.min.js

Thank you.

Hello,

Since pages are only cached and not optimized by wprocket there is no excluding possible.
I checked and it seems that your scripts isn’t getting details correctly from the backend?

While revisiting it seems that sometimes the variations are not loaded at all. So they are not in or out of stock making them unclickable. When regenerating the page it seems to work again.

Kind regards,
Mike

Hi there,

1. Could you record your issue using a tool like this? useloom.com

2. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

.3. If the plugin conflict check does not help, could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check if it is happening there or not?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.
