Yes we are already using basic version but as we have a requirement to add color swatches at listing page we need the premium version. It would be great if we can test the premium version as need to check the compatibility with our custom theme.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? I’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
