“Buy now” button unavailable when variation is selected

Hello world!

 

I have a product with variations but when 2 variations are chosen the Buy Now button changes the mouse cursor to a “Forbidden” sign when hovered over it.

When you click the button anyway the page responds normally and takes you to checkout.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

1. Can you please temporarily deactivate our Swatches plugin and check if the style break happens without our plugin or not?

2. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

3. If the plugin conflict check does not help, could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check if it is happening there or not?

Thank you for your reply. After following your steps I figured out that the plugin that was causing the issue was Tbay framework. I have opened up a ticket there.
