You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

It’s working from our side on our test site.
Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

As I mentioned in my original message, I have already deactivated all plugins except those 2 and the problem still occurs.

Hide featured image not working

I have checked “Hide Featured Image” but the main image still shows in my gallery. Here is one of the products: https://sirscottiebiscotti.com/product/almond-fennel/
I have tried deactivating all plugins and this issue still occurs.
