500 Errors

We’re having several 500 errors on our site and looks like they’re related to ?wc-ajax=get_variation

We were receiving critical errors on our product pages from the plugin. We updated to the latest version and then started having these issues. Here are one of the PHP fatal errors we’re receiving.

Hi Eli,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I have added the SFTP information as well as the credentials to access the WordPress dashboard.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we could not reproduce the issue on our end.

BTW, the error is also coming from WooCommerce.

Does it only occur when you use our plugin? How can we replicate it?
