If you did not create any account before purchase then after purchase the account was created automatically with your mentioned email on the checkout page.
So you can reset your password by using your purchase email.

Hi,
My client purchased the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce in April 2022 and it stopped updating or working a few weeks ago. She, unfortunately, didn’t create a login account when buying the plugin but I do have the invoice from her purchase.
Please advise me on how I can get the plugin operational again.
