Hi there,
Could you send me the product link so I may check it?
and please give me temporary admin access to your site. I’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

Please follow this screen recording – https://www.loom.com/share/11b4330d3d864f45af43caef1699e60b

Hi,
thanks for the recording. Hiding all “sold out” products is working. Never had a problem with this. HOWEVER I just want to hide the products, that are disabled/deactiveted in the product variation configuration (see screenshot I attached earlier).
Hi there,
Let me clear your confusion.
Disable out of stock option mean the out of stock attribute will not be clickable – https://prnt.sc/6IPgCECIE45N
Disable/out of stock variation will not show if you select the hide option – https://prnt.sc/m4ewj1yFS4zQ
Thank you.
OK, understood. So you handle “disable” and “out of stock” in the same way.
Really strange to me, to handle two independent functionalities the same. But for now I at least know about it. Thanks.
Hi there,

Disabled variation still shown on product page

Hi,
I tried to deactivate a variation of my product (not sellable anymore) in the variation menu. However it is still shown as an out-of-stock option on the product page. Is there any further option I need to set in order to NOT display deactivated variations, but still show out-of-stock variations that are still active?
