Plugin affects Jetwoo builder

The additional variation images affects my single images widget (crocoblock – jetwoo builder). All other plugins are fine. I think there’s a conflict on the back-end. The front seems to works fine.

If so, will you share the login credentials of your staging site? So that, we can check it for you.

BTW, we can also give you a staging site. Will you help us to replicate your issue on our end?

Hi! I don’t have a staging site. I tried to create one but I would have to upgrade my hosting plan. If you can still create one for me that will be great. I changed to a JetProductGallery widget and all of your plugins affected my layout. I had to deactivate everything. How can I send you the credentials privately?

I would also like to know if the free version of additional variation images only displays the variation feature image? I noticed that the variation gallery remains as the default product gallery. Just want to make sure before I commit.

Hi Timilehin,

Unfortunately, you can’t use two gallery features on the same site.

You can’t use JetProductGallery and the Additional Variation Images Gallery plugin on the same site.

Our plugin is just an extension of the default WooCommerce Gallery.

If you still want a staging site, please let me know.
