Swatches do not work on one product

Hello,

We have on product that is not working properly with Swatches.

There is any way to disable Swatches for this product? or any way to fix it? If I disable your plugin it works fine.

There is an 500 error when product page is displayed.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

1. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

2. Could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check if it is happening there or not?

If the above things does not help, please give me temporary admin access to your site. I’ll check what is happening there. You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
