Can not turn on PRO plugin since last week

Hi

We can’t turn it on any more as it just continually loads product swatches and you can’t select products

It also doesn’t work at all on the www.sportseats4u.co.uk

The sites affected are www.gsmperformance.co.uk

Please assist.

I can see 6 months ago we had the same problem

 

Please confirm FREE version is 2.0.16 and PRO is 2.0.15

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the above things does not help, please give me temporary admin access to your site. I’ll check what is happening there. You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
