Hi audrey,

Thanks for getting back to us. Variation Swatches (only Color) can be displayed by using the legacy widget (Classic Widget).

BTW, you can only display color swatches not image swatches. Please check this tutorial for more clarification- https://youtu.be/3HPBrRjH0kY

Use Classic Widget (by the WordPress.Org team) plugin to get back the classic widget.

I added the plugin but it’s not working. I cleared my cache and save again the option.

Hi audrey,

You are using Divi BodyCommerce and I think it has a swatches feature.

You can’t use two swatches plugins on the same site. Because both use the same hooks and may cause conflict issues.
