Yes, it is the standard behavior of WooCommerce. Then your customer can select different colors for a specific product.
Our plugin will display color swatches rather than the default dropdown of color.

The issue is much more complex. The product my client needs to offer, can be custom-designed by the customer using a set of possible combinations to generate the final result. This is an example of what I mean:

My main doubt here is if your plugin allows the user to do this, and if it does, how is it that I need to load the content?

As per your explanation, I think you are searching for a Product Addons plugin.
Using our plugin customers can’t customize anything. They can choose a pre-defined color if the site admin is added to a product.
