Variation image changing on click is not a feature of our gallery plugin.
additional variation images shown on the product page is a feature of our gallery plugin.
However, you can run a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and our gallery Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Variation Images load only after add to cart is clicked

Hi Team,
The variation images load properly in iPad and Mobile view… However, in the Desktop view, the ajax loading of variation images on clicking the variation swatches isn’t working… Only after I add the product to the cart and then the page loads and then only the variation images show up. I want to get a pro version to add more variation images. But before that would like to have this sorted…
