I can’t see the version information anymore, I didn’t operate anything after I found the error, and I can’t enter the background to change or upgrade the version of the plugin.

Hi there,

Please rename the swatches pro version plugin like swatches pro old by using FTP.

After that download, the latest version swatches plugin from your getwooplugins account and upload it to your site by using FTP.

Let me know if the issue error is gone or not on your WordPress backend.
