Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Plugin Issues

Dear Support Team,

We have installed Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Plugin in our website but here is some issue. We are unable to delete or add
variations in product page. Also when we click update button it shows some error.

Please find the attached screenshot for better understanding.
