Thanks for reaching out to us. To zoom an image, you have to use a large image.

If the size of the frame and zoom image are the same, the zoom script will not run.

We follow the WooCommerce standard size. You may follow the image size of WooCommerce sample product images.

The dimension of the sample images is 801 x 801
