Function disabled

Hello,
There is a function of your variation Swatches plugin that seems to be disabled on my site. It’s the one that displays the product photo in the color selected by the user.
It worked yesterday, it doesn’t work anymore. I am building my site locally on my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and it doesn’t change the problem.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Thankyou for your answer.

I think I have found the source of the problem in the meantime. In my opinion it must be related to the Woocommerce variation limit.
The feature only disconnects on products that have a lot of variations (several hundred, in fact 😬 ).
This only affects very few products, but my client is adamant about having this effect.
Any idea how I could do this?

From the given details, I am not sure if you have the plugin’s premium version.

There is a limitation with the basic version.

Yes, indeed, I have the free version of your plugin. But I don’t see any information about how many variations I can display if I take the premium version.
Can you please inform me about this?
