Image swatches are not visible on product page

Could someone help me with this ASAP?

I just installed the plugin, but after adding images it is not showing. I have uploaded the images everywhere but nothing works.

I’m using BeTheme theme, maybe this plugin doesn’t work together?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

1. Can you please temporarily deactivate our Swatches plugin and check if the style break happens without our plugin or not?

2. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

3. If the plugin conflict check does not help, could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check if it is happening there or not?

If the above things does not help, please give me temporary admin access to your site. I’ll check what is happening there. You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Thanks for the quick response! It’s the theme. If I activate a default theme, the plugin works. But I’m not getting it right. Could you look into it for me? I will create login details for you so that you can log in.

Hi priscilla,

BeTheme has its own Swatches feature. Please make sure you have disabled the default swatches from your theme settings or not.

If not, please disable it to get our plugin to work. BTW, I have tried your login credentials. Unfortunately, the credentials are not working from my side.

The plugin works when I disable it. but then it also turns off filters that I applied to each product. So I think it won’t work. Or do you have another solution?

The login details probably work now.

Unfortunately, you can’t use two swatches feature on the same site.

BTW, you can enable the filter by adding the block Filter By Attributehttps://paste.pics/K7W10.

Unfortunately Filter By Attribute does not work. I think it’s because of the theme. When I disable the theme it works.

Unfortunately I can’t use your plugin. Could I use the refund?
