Out of stock swatches not displayed correctly

since my last update the out of stock variations are not shown properly on the archive/shop page anymore. It looks like all swatches are available, even if some are out of stock. Furthermore the image is not changing anymore, when clicking on a variation. Before the update it was all OK.

 

at the moment we are back to flatsome swatches and deactivated the pro plugin

Also, kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

what was the problem?

i still see it just on that one product. i need it on alle products

 

is there any chance to do that on bulk? there are 1000s of products!!

btw i dont check it why we need to do that manually. the tutorial says that it just needs to be turned on.

i tried it on another shop here http://www.crossfitwn.at/Shop – jsut with the free version – activated it and the swatches show.

on moderaum.com there are 12.000 products – no chance to do that manually.

Please try to deactivate the swatches plugin by radius theme and activate our swatches plugin and see if the same issue is happening there or not with the button type instead of the mixed type.

 

 

otherwise this feature would make no sense – and the competitor’s free version works with that out of the box.

I have checked that it’s working without your other swatches plugin with button type instead of mixed type.

with the YAYcommerce everything works out of the box.i dont need to edit manually.

Note: First of all you should check all settings properly before asking on the support forum. Because from the beginning I have not seen any issues with this ticket and one by one I showed you by providing screen recordings regarding how to work the plugin feature.

sorry, but just to clarify. we are using that plugin for i think 2.5 years. it stopped working out of the blue and nobody could figure out why.

i dont know what you did or changed so i can’t reverse engineer it.

since we got back and forth i dont know the settings anymore. and i have a customer sitting in my neck wanting it to function proper.

and juut for the record – i opened the ticket because the swatches didnt show up.

I have not changed anything on your site. I just showed you how to work this plugin with screen recording by deactivating your other swatches plugin and activating our swatched plugin. That’s it.

and all your mentioned issue is resolved and the screen recording is the proof.

thanks for the video. as stated: all articles are pushed from th ERP – JTL (https://www.jtl-software.de/)

so there is no possibility to do that manually for 12.000 products. i stated this 3 days ago above.

we need a solution to turn that on and it works tbh. 😉

I have seen that continually you are changing the swatches plugins one by one so it will be hard to track your issue on the live site.

So please create a staging site and share the login credentials with us.

Just ask your hosting company, they can create a staging site in a few minutes.
We’ll try to investigate the issue on your staging site.
