“Color” is the ‘sample-page’ attributes from WooCommerce Sample Data.
“Otros colores” is a brand new attribute after Variation Swatches is installed.

Hi Gema,
Thanks for getting back to us. We have no migration script for the free version.
Unfortunately, we didn’t find any issues you mentioned. Please check this screencast- https://www.loom.com/share/beece6e7608245a88aaa70fd09cb7792
I think there is an issue while you are importing the CSV.
Thank You

Am I doing something wrong? It’s an empty site with WooCommerce, your plugin and Storefront without import anything…
Thanks
Hi Gema,
Will you please try to clear your transient? Please check this screenshot- https://paste.pics/K3VCY
Then let me know.
Thank You
Hi, Hakik.
I deleted all via WP-CLI and it’s working in all three sites (my site, demo with import and demo without import).
Thanks for your help.

If an attribute is already exists before change “Select” to “Color”, it doesn’t work
Gema Llopis
Hi, GetWooPlugins.
I tried to change an old “Color” attribute from “Select” to “Color”. In the WordPress admin page is working, attributes has a color selector and it’s working. But when it tried in the front-end, colors doesn’t show up. Only the name of the color.
I tried your free plugin in an empty WordPress with: WordPress 6.1.1, WooCommerce 7.1.0 and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce 2.0.13. Storefront as theme. I have imported the Woocommerce sample products from sample-data into the WordPress folder.
This import adds the attribute “Color”. I have changed it from “Select” to “Color” and the colors do not appear in the frontend.
I think that if an attribute initially exists before installing Variation Swatches, the plugin does not finish configuring it internally.
I created an attribute after installing the plugin with the style “Color” and it works.
I was wondering if the migrations that the Pro plugin does would fix it, but it doesn’t.
I think this person has the same problem as me. Link to a support ticket.
