problems with plugin

Good afternoon, I installed the free plugin and now I bought the Pro plugin,
I have a problem, when I select on product page a product  and a size, the image no changes, 
could you guide me how to solve this problem? we think it may be some configuration

Hello, thank you very much for your help, I think that is the problem, do you recommend me to change the theme?
Or is there a less invasive solution like changing the entire structure?
