Plugin Update crashes entire website

Hello Support Team,

since the latest 2.0.12 updates of free and pro version were available, my whole website crashes everytime i try to update via plugins page in wordpress. I can’t access backend, frontend just shows wordpress is facing a problem and website is unavailavble. I roll back to backup so my website is back online.

I tried updating with wordpress 6.0 and wordpress 6.1.

I don’t know how else to update the plugins or to wait for the next version?

Please download the latest (v2.0.12) Swatches PRO version and use it with the latest Swatches Free version (v2.0.12).

Then check whether your reported issue has been fixed or not.

Note: Before updating the free version please deactivate the pro version first. Then update the pro version manually and activate the pro version.
