I cannot access the wp-admin backend, I cannot access the login page in order to upload it. I have tried renaming the plugin file in the backend to disable it however the error still shows.
If I delete the file I will lose all the entire setup on the site.

Please give us temporary admin access to your site. We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
