Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Yes, the Gray color in the Variation Swatches Background Is Still Showing After Disable Plugin

So this issue is not caused for our plugin as after deactivating still now shows the same issue. It’s coming from your theme.

Please contact  with your theme author/support team regarding this issue.
