You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I’m not familiar with adding you as username so sorry and I do not want to log into Loom

im very new at this

I just want the plug in added I can send you the information through email but I’m not logging into Loom

I am currently battling breast cancer and really am frustrated

I think it’s best to get a refund
