Want To Add Extra Images Per Product Variation For Free? Download Now

Hello, if the product has only 1 image, the image gallery will be empty. In these cases, what should I configure so that it does not show it?

I explain: if the position is below and there are no images in the gallery, it is hidden, but if it is positioned to the left and there are NO images, the space is empty

Hi ricardo,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Did you try this option- https://paste.pics/JOBTU?

I hope it will help you to achieve as you described.

Thank You

Good morning, it does not solve it, on the contrary, it is the wrong result.
When the product does not have alternative images and the gallery is positioned on the left, the space remains. Thing that does not happen when the gallery is bottom (as you can see in the initial images that are at the beginning of the ticket)

Hi ricardo,

Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

Thank you

Hi ricardo,

Thanks for the screencast. Yes, we know the issue you mentioned.

The thing is when you display it on the left, then our plugin pushed a markup.

I have already sent this issue to our development team. I hope they will look into it.

So, if you have some products with no additional images, then display them on the bottom.

Thank You

And how do I do this?

“So, if you have some products with no additional images, then display them on the bottom.”

That is, how do I configure that if it has images in the gallery, it shows them on the left and if it does not have images, it shows them below (to correct the problem)

Hi ricardo,

And how do I do this?

Always display them on the bottom for now.

I will discuss this with our development team.

Thank You
