My login and password not working (not existing)

My login and password to the account do not work, on September 6 I bought a product from you, which today threw an error on the site. I guess it's because there is no update, but I can't log in to get my license key.
I am attaching an images with purchaes proof. I didnhttps://i.imgur.com/SH1sEo9.pngt get any confirmation on the email. The website from my browser histry, don`t work anymore. There is also subscription number: 

I can`t get there anymore - invalid request.

Did you use this ([email protected]) email address to purchase the plugin from our site?

Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
