The image of the product does not appear in the store

Hello, I am building an online store with your plugin and I can see that in some products the featured image does not appear in the store. I have verified that all the products have a featured image and an image in the gallery. I can only see the layer that appears on hover in pink. This problem occurs only on some products, not all. What could be the problem? Could it be because these products do not have a variation pre-selected? If so, how can I pre-select a variation?

Can you please give me temporary admin access to your site? I’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

Also, please share the exact product link as well as the page link for checking.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
