The plugin doesn’t crop images

The plugin doesn’t crop images to be smaller, very large images make the site extremely slow. very large page size.

1 page can weigh up to 100MB if the image is not cropped

Please don’t forget to regenerate the image thumbnail (using the Regenerate Thumbnail plugin) after changing the image dimension.

I used Regenerate Thumbnail to recreate the images but they didn’t work, so I just created this ticket.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
