Want To Add Extra Images Per Product Variation For Free? Download Now

Jeff Musgrave

Hello,

Is it possible to disable lazy loading for images in the carousel? In my case, the image is “above the fold” so it really shouldn’t be lazy loaded.

The affected div class appears to be wvg-single-gallery-image-container.

I’m using W3 total cache and Elementor, and tried assigning a class to the section, but it ends up being a parent class.

An example URL would be https://peakantlers.com/product/little-bear-peak-series-whitetail-deer-antler-chandeliers/ but I would like to disable lazy loading for all the images in the main product image section.

Thank you!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Did you try to disable the preloader from settings – https://prnt.sc/npN8s1o_KX92 ?

If this does not help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this. https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you

Thank you,

I tried to disable the preloader, but it doesn’t seem to work (unless there is a serious caching issue somewhere, the loading tag stays in the code).

Here is a Loom video with the issue and inspecting it to show the code.

I don’t have FTP details handy, but I don’t think they’ll be necessary. If you need them I can create them.

Hi Jeff,

1. try to clear your caches like- Browser Caches, Caching Plugin Cache, and Server-Side Cache.

2. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

3. Could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check it is happening there or not?

Thanks.
