Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, WordPress implemented Gutenberg Block for widgets.
It will still work with the Class Widgets. You can install this plugin- https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ to get it to work.

Sidebar widget for for filters no longer working

Dear sir/madam,
Since some time I can no longer add filter products in the sidebar for widgets. The filter is not showing up.
The admin of Porto theme is telling me that this can be caused because of this plugin. To show you what I mean please see video below:

Below you’ll find the answer what the admin of the theme is telling me:
1- First of all, thanks for the login details. Now I have to debug your issue in deep every possible way. The thing is the issue is in the attributes or the WooCommerce database. Because the color attributes appear in the filter as you can see here: https://postimg.cc/xN0C9y1X and these attributes have sort type set from backend check image: https://postimg.cc/Cz5hJKBp the other attributes have the custom ordering sort option set. All the other attributes do not appear on the page. Now, the attributes stored and handled by WooCommerce also, the shop page is coming from this plugin so you have to contact the plugin author for this I hope they will further guide you.
