No, this feature is not currently available.
2. Can I show a new product picture with every variation option?
It is a default feature of WooCommerce. You can add pictures for each variation. But yes, you can display images based on variations on the shop/archive page.
3. Can I adjust the size of the picture swatches?
Yes, you can adjust the width and height of picture swatches.
4. Can I add a picture for any swatch and for any variation?
