Thanks for reaching out to us. Our plugin doesn’t deal with variation insertion or deletion.
It is totally controlled by WooCommerce itself. Our plugin just converts the default dropdown to button/image/color swatches.

Great issue with attributes

Hello there,
I am facing a great issue with a client’s eshop and some variational products. Yesterday I was aware that all varional products were missing the tabs of attributes. Then I saw that all attributes were missing their terms. I have added them again and I’ve been trying to add variation swatches to the products but after “save” all variations and attibutes disappear along with the price tab.
For example: https://www.elismadeit.gr/product/esoroucha-periodou/
This product had variations from 5 attributes and a range in price. Although there are 12 items in the store it seems to be unavailable because its variations are missing.
I have updated the plugin, but still no luck. Please help me as the client is attending a sales event on Friday and it’s of great importance to have the variational products available.
