Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Swatches plugin. It’s super slow and the image doesn’t change with all the options.
I believe it’s only an issue with variable products but I’m not sure.

Everything works well if I turn off your plugin.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please run a theme compatibility check by following these steps:

Step-1: Please install and activate the storefront theme (https://goettigclothing.com/wp-admin/theme-install.php?search=storefront) for short time.

Step-2: See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell Flatsome theme might be the reason for this conflict.

Note: Please get in touch with your theme support if you detect a theme issue.

 

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

 

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
