Hi I’m using pro
Hi Francois,
Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.
Thank you.
Hi, I saw that I’m not the only one with that issue. Just fix the issue to clear cache to the product updated only, not all the cache. I can do that manually with Litespeed cache plugin or remove that function or add add an option.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Please reproduce your issue using a tool like this – https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.
And in our latest version, we cache the data for 1 hour and if a visitor hit the URL it will hit your server once, then data will be cached and data will be served from the locale.
Thank you.
Hi,
We don’t need to reproduce the issue, you created an issue since the update 2.0.11 and keep it with 2.0.12 with the file: woo-variation-swatches/includes/class-woo-variation-swatches-manage-cache.php
that clear all the caches for just one product updated and slow down the website. It takes over an hour to crawl the website and get back a good speed even with a good server.
Just clear the cache for the updated product only not for all the website. I’m used to do it manually with litespeed cache for each new product.
I hope you can understand the issue now.
Thank you.
Hi there,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are working on this for resolving the cache issue regarding LiteSpeed.
Our dev team is already aware about this issue.
Thank you.
Hi,
You just created another issue with the last update V2.0.13. I didn’t investigate yet since that have to roll back to V2.0.10. Woocommerce Admin products page is cached and it should not. I use Litespeed cache plugin and I have to clear all the caches to update the admin products page. I don’t understand why you’re using those functions from Litespeed(probably for performance) and how you can bypass to cache admin but surely it’s not professional if you don’t test further before making and update available.
I hope you will fix that soon!
Hi Francois,
Could you please provide me a screenshot of another issue you faced with the last update V2.0.13 ?
Which line of code do you think is incorrect? As you mentioned, we do not test further before making an update.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks.
Hi, I don’t really have time to test, but it seems a script issue because I dont have to clear all caches just the cache css/js with V2.0.13. I use the 2.0.10 and don’t have that issue. When Litespeed cache plugin is deactivated, I don’t have this issue with V2.0.13. I also have Litespeed server instead of apache server to give you more informations and using PHP 8.0.25 to help you reproduce the issue.
And the issue is on product page:
Hi there,
We released it after getting confirmation from the customer and also without checking we never release any update.
And you did not tell us the exact error line you have faced for our latest version of the plugin.
Thanks.
Issue with last update
Francois Salvail
Hi,
There is an unusual issue with lightspeed cache plugin after the last update with Variation swatches plugin. When I update the plugin to Version 2.0.11, every time I update a product, it clears all the caches. I have to roll back to Version 2.0.10 and no more clearing caches for nothing.
Thanks to take a look.
Francois
