Variations swatches plugin not compatible with product filter plugin

Please help.  The variations work perfectly on the archive page and with the advanced search plugin I’m using. However, it doesn’t work with the Woocommerce product filters plugin.  Please can you advise on a compatible filter plugin I can use.  Or do you have any other suggestions?
