504 error

Good Morning,

 

We have installed the plugin and its great and does exactly what we wanted and so easy to use! however, our website is extremely slow and we are getting 504 error messages all the time.

Any help would be great appreciated.

Our website seems to be getting worse, we are not getting the usual orders and lots of emails from customers to say page not responding. Shall i uninstall the plugins until we can fix so not to loose orders?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The majority of the time, this 504 error is caused by the hosting server.

However, first of all, kindly deactivate our swatches plugin and check to see if the problem persists or not.

Secondly,  please do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the reason of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please contact your hosting provider.

It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And share your site login full details(Email+password) in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

Yes we deactivated your plugin as our orders went from 100 in 24 hours to 9. We had hundreds of emails and call to say the website was just not working so we deactivated your plugin and its started working again.

Your plugin is still deactivated. The version is Version 2.0.10
