Our website seems to be getting worse, we are not getting the usual orders and lots of emails from customers to say page not responding. Shall i uninstall the plugins until we can fix so not to loose orders?

Good Morning,
We have installed the plugin and its great and does exactly what we wanted and so easy to use! however, our website is extremely slow and we are getting 504 error messages all the time.
Any help would be great appreciated.
