Yes, it took a few days for you to reply, and since this is a live site, I had to restore from the backup. The credentials should work now.
A few additional issues on this version — many products have an issue where we add new attributes and variations, choose the image swatches, but then they don’t save and the swatches either go back to default or all the variations don’t show on the front end. A couple of examples:

I have checked your site and noticed your mentioned issue. I also noticed that you are using very old version variation swatches plugin – https://prnt.sc/sPt8lo4QxlLu
Please update your variation swatches for both(free+pro) plugins. Before updating please create a complete backup of your site so you may restore it if any issue arises.
The current version of the variation swatches plugin is 2.0.10
Let me know if it is resolved after updating.
